A riverfront Prince William County community where historic charm meets modern living along the Potomac River shoreline.
Riverfront Living with History
Powell's Landing offers a rare combination in Prince William County: riverfront living with genuine historic character. Situated along Powell's Creek near its confluence with the Potomac River, this community blends scenic water views, modern townhomes and single-family homes, and a location that puts both I-95 and the Potomac River at your doorstep.
The neighborhood's setting along the waterway creates a tranquil atmosphere âÃÂàmornings with coffee overlooking the creek, afternoons kayaking or fishing, and evenings enjoying the river breezes. The community's design respects its natural surroundings while offering the modern floor plans and finishes today's buyers expect.
